Each illustration is lovingly created by hand in my unique line art style, based on a photo you upload as reference. You can choose between:

• Digital illustration: A hand-drawn digital file, perfect for printing at home, sharing online, or framing.

• Traditional ink illustration: Drawn with pen and ink on high-quality paper for a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

How to Order

1. Choose the number of people/pets in the photo.

2. Select the type of portrait you want:

   • Digital Drawing – hand-drawn on my tablet

   • Traditional Drawing – hand-drawn with ink on paper

3. Upload your photo or email it to hello@colorfulsimone.com

4. Add any personalisation in the tab.

5. You will receive a preview before shipping – please check your junk/spam folder.

💡 To make it even more personal, you can let your child add their own creative touch once the artwork arrives. Using a safe ink pad or a little paint, they can press their tiny fingerprints onto the illustration, whether neat and simple or messy and playful! My daughter loved adding her own fingerprints, and now this keepsake feels even more special and truly unique to her.

Proofs & Changes

• Once I’ve created your artwork, I’ll email you a preview.
• If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, I’ll ship your print as shown.
• You can request 1 free change; further changes are £5 each.

Delivery & Quality

• Dispatch time: 1–2 weeks (UK) or 2–3 weeks (international) from preview approval.
• Digital drawings are printed on high-quality art paper, packaged in a protective cello sleeve and hard-backed envelope.
• Traditional hand-drawn illustrations are drawn on a high quality 300gsm watercolour paper with ink.
• Frames shown in photos are for example only; available frame colours are black or white.
