HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose from the first drop down menu the number of figures in your photo.

Pets and Babies are counted as figures. If you want any background details, count them as an additional figure. For example : 2 people, a cat and some of the grass would be a '4 figure' drawing.

2. Choose from the second drop down menu the type of portrait you want

A5, A4 or Framed A4

3. Personalisation 

In the Personalisation field, please type in:

Text you wish to have under the illustration, if you don’t wish to have any text, please type in 'no text'. Please note that as this is hand-drawn text, you can only have up to 5-6 words

Colour The portrait will be drawn with Black ink, unless you let us know otherwise. You can have it in teal and neon orange (see images) or a few other colours. Please get in touch if you want any other specific colour and I can see if I can accommodate this.

4. Upload your photo

Please upload the photo that you would want drawn as a portrait. 

 You can email us your photo prior to purchasing if you want to make sure that the photo is okay at hello@colorfulsimone.com

🔸Once your custom portrait has been started, there can be no refunds made, as all designs are unique and made to order.

Check the notification tab of the page for any shipping updates. It usually takes between 3-5 days before shipping your order in UK. For outside of the UK, please contact us so we can advise you further.
